ADACH announced the launch of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Flat Racing Festival on the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan cup starting next May in 7 world tours

Abu Dhabi – The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) announced the launch of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Flat Racing Festival on the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan cup starting next May in 7 world tours (including the UAE, France, the Netherlands and Germany). 

The race is organized with under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, to pries the great efforts and international achievements by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan founder of the UAE, to preserve heritage, tradition, and sports particularly the traditional equestrian. 

Also the festival is organized fallowing the great success of  HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed festival on Sheikh Zayed the First Cup in 2009, which included several European countries, and concluded last November in Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club. 

The event is organized by the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and Al Wathba Stud, and sponsored by Bonyan International Investments, Sorouh Real Estate, and International Exhibition for Hunting and Equestrian (Abu Dhabi 2010). 

Before the official kick off of the festival on May 2010, a series of 10 races will be organized for emirates horse owners to encourage nationals to be involved more in this authentic sport and to own Arabic horses.

On this occasion, the Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) will hold a special press conference to reveal details of the festival next Tuesday December 22 at 12 noon in Ibn Majid hall at the Cultural Foundation . 

The press conference will be addressed by HE Mohamed Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Director General of (ADACH), Abdullah Al-Qubaisi Director of Communication department at (ADACH), Lara Sawaya Director of the festival, Mohamed Mahmoud Coordinator of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Abdullah Atatreh Chairman of Bonyan, Abdullah Bin Brook from Bonyan, and Fahad Al Ketbi CEO of Sorouh.
